Roslyn holds a BCom Honours degree from the University of Cape Town in Financial Analysis
and Portfolio Management and two undergraduate degrees from Bond University, namely BCom (Finance major) and BIT (Software Development major). She has a passion for working with small businesses, a sector in which both broad perspectives and detailed insight are required.
She started her career in a product and business development role at a start-up IT company, which grew into a business analyst position. She gained an understanding of the comprehensive needs of small companies as well as how to achieve goals through working with all the teams and suppliers involved.
The next step was to a more specialized software company, where she ran software projects that developed her varied expertise in client relationships, needs analysis and business development. She grew the company’s web division and headed this unit until she left to start her own company, with some joint projects still ongoing.
Roslyn recently worked on a large scientific online data repository, alongside her ongoing work with young designers and web clients. She is currently focusing on new trends in the web and e-commerce sector, particularly looking at ways to consider the full business needs relative to their growth strategies and online presence.
